Marissa is the former Managing Partner and COO of PwC UK. Prior to this she was Head of the UK Deals and UK Tax businesses. Enjoying strong relationships with corporate, private equity and sovereign clients, Marissa has a proven track record in M&A, with a focus on navigating complex transactions for clients. Marissa is also a Non Executive Director, ECIT, a TowerBrook Capital Partners backed business

David was PwC UK Head of Commercial and previously, Chief People Officer for Transaction Services and COO for the Forensics business. David founded and scaled PwC’s PE Office of the CFO analytics business and has strong PE and corporate client relationships. He is also Executive coach to Investors, management teams, PS Partners

Steve's last role at EY was as Global Vice-Chair Sustainability. He now chairs DWF Group, a global law firm and portfolio company of Inflexion
